    This was the first time for my wife and me, as we dined with a party of 6. We all enjoyed the food. The Sashimi Salad (half order) was huge, with a nice assortment of fish and a great dressing. We split a few rolls (Super Crunch, Dancing Spider,Dragon Z), and all were very good. One person who doesn't eat Sushi had the Teriyaki Chicken and said it was very good. The Seaweed Salad was also very tasty. The food came quickly, and the service was great. For all the food, we thought the prices were quite affordable.

    Solid rolls! We are really impressed for Sante Fe sushi. Would definitely return! Red on Red and Salmon Torched were tasty AF! Great service too.

    Aku was our sushi chef at the bar....and he rocked. Made really good suggestions. We started with Yellow Tail collar, came with a wonderful, subtle sauce. We had many items, ended with the flown in fresh TODAY Big Eye Tuna sushi with Aku's secret recipe sauce. We'll be back!

    We love this place. Six of us for dinner in the night before Thanksgiving. No wait at 6pm. We got the last table. We ordered chicken katsu dinner for one of us and 9 specialty rolls for the other 5. Delicious! 2x Super crunchy roll, 2x red dragon, green chile roll 1, crunchy California, spider, baked Taos, can't remember the last. Super quick service, the rolls themselves were delicious, the katsu perfectly prepared. We also had the garlic edamame: never heard of this combo and it was great. Also agedashi tofu; with delightful spice, and a couple orders of gyoza: piping hot with a great dipping sauce. We have seen other less favorable reviews, and we're concerned, but we had a great meal here. Will definitely come again.
